EE WAS STACKING FILLED LIME BAGS AT THE PACKING HOUSE AREA. SUDDENLY A BAG BROKE AND LIME DUST FELL INTO HIS RIGHT EYE CAUSING AN IRRITATION. THE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES.

EE WAS SHOVELING CEMENT DUST THROUGH A HOLE ON THE METAL CASING OF A SCREW CONVEYOR. SUDDENLY THE SHOVEL SLIPPED FROM HIS HANDS, HIT THE SCREW CONVEYOR AND REBOUNDED HITTING HIS UPPER LIP.

EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING LIME FILLED BAGS FROM ONE WOOD PALLET TO ANOTHER ONE. SUDDENLY HE SLIPPED ON THE FLOOR AND FELL CAUSING HIM PAIN IN HIS LEFT THIGH WHEN HE TRIED TO BALANCE HIS BODY TO AVOI D THE FALL.
