VICTIM WAS INSTALLING THE REAR END IN A WESTERN STAR TANDEM WHEN IT ROLLED OVER ON HIS RIGHT ARM.

STEPPED OUT OF LOADER AND FELT SICK AND HE SAID THAT HE GOT DIZZY AND FELL OFF 180 LOADER.
