Employee stated that he was riding 3-wheeler mantrip to #6 head when he decided to cross the track in a place he says he probably wasn't supposed to cross. He stated that he had to go really fast to cross there and when he hit the track it caused his head to bump top.
Employee was carrying a H. Jack and stepped on a rail & slipped.
EE was trying to put a bottom roller in the #1 Belt when he tore a laceration in his chest where his ICD was located. He did not start missing work until 12/1/2006.
EE was in man trip, when person driving jeep got too close to rib. EE's arm got caught and pulled over his head, pulling EE out of jeep.

Employee said bolt was bent & he had a hold of the bolt trying to get it out of drill pod & it kicked back on his left wrist.

Injured employee went to back up and the brakes went out causing him to flip the 3-wheeler.

Bridge operators were going up swag & making right hand turn & they slid into 4x4 posts that turn belts on/off causing 4x4 to fall into EE's left shoulder.
Employee injured his back while sliding an 8' timber around in a scoop bucket. He was preparing to saw the timber. He did not start missing work until 6/14/2006.
While walking across the section, employee felt a burning sensation behind his kneecap(L) & his knee kept locking up.

Employee pulled his knee(L) while working on a trainer in a dolly. He didn't start missing work until 3/6/2006 when his knee was operated on.
