Piston from brake accumulator contacted employees hand unexpectedly as another mechanic was driving the piston out of the accumulator.

EE exited cab of articulating truck after he had raised the bed. He walked behind the truck to hook a chain to a pipe to drag up a hill. A piece of frozen material broke loose and rolled out of the truck bed and struck him in the left knee.

Employee states he was unaware of handrail being hot from recent welding and grabbed handrail, suffering 2nd degree burn to right palm.

A non-fatal excavator accident occurred on 10/12/07 when the Hitachi 450 Excavator was clearing trees from below and above the high wall. While attempting to push them down, the excavator came too close to the edge and slipped over the high wall.

Cut right hand on edge of marking pain spray can thrown to employee by another.

EMPLOYEE WAS REACHING ACROSS CAB OF WATER TRUCK TO SHUT THE RIGHT SIDE DOOR AND FELT SOMETHING POP IN HIS LOWER BACK.

WHILE DISMOUNTING 988 END LOADER FROM RIGHT REAR STEP, MISSED BOTTOM STEP. THIS CAUSED INJURY BY FALLING INTO STEP BRACKET. INJURY TO RIGHT RIBCAGE (2 BROKEN RIBS).

SITTING ON A BUCKET TIGHTENING BOLTS ON A FRONT SUSPENSION CYLINDER, STOOD UP AND BACK AND MID-SECTION STARTED HURTING.

EE WAS USING SLEDGEHAMMER ON BOLTS, RESULTING IN SWELLING & NUMBNESS OF HIS HANDS.

PRESSURE WASHING PARTS AND SPRAY GOT IN HIS FACE.

EE WAS PRESSURE WASHING THE STRUCTURE THEY WERE WORKING ON AND THE SPRAY GOT UNDER HIS FACE SHIELD. THE ALKALINE MIXTURE BURNED HIS FACE.

EE WAS WORKING IN AN ACCESS PANEL AND LOST HIS BALANCE CAUSING HIM TO HIT HIS ELBOW ON CRIBBING. EE WAS TREATED ON 1/4/02 AND RELEASED TO RETURN TO WORK, BUT HE LEFT THE JOB EARLY. WE HAD NOT HEARD FROM HIM AND WERE NOT ABLE TO CONTACT HIM SINCE THAT DATE. I RECIEVED AN OFF WORK SLIP FOR PERIOD 1/8/02 TO PRESENT FROM A DR. TODAY MAKING THE INJURY REPORTABLE.

EE STATED THAT WHILE DISMOUNTING THE GRADER, HIS FOOT SLIPPED FROM STEP AND JAMMED HIS LEFT KNEE ON THE GROUND.
