Apparently the battery leads were pulled out of the bell and when he touched the bell the leads went positive to negative and produced an arc that burned him.

HE HAD ONE SET OPEN, ON THE SECOND SET HE HAD ONE DOOR OPEN AND GRABBED THE OTHER ONE WHEN THEDOOR SWUNG CLOSED HITTING HIM ON THE LEFT ARM & LEG, CUTTING THE BACK OF HIS LEFT ELBOW.
