Employee was cutting bolt holes with a utility knife, when changing a rubber curtain underneath a crusher. The knife slipped off & punctured employee's leg.

Associate was exiting the primary crusher area after replacing toggle plate and seat. While crossing over an I-beam, he tripped and fell fracturing his wrist.

Associate descended ladder on the front of the Cat water truck. Upon reaching the bottom and dismounting he placed his feet on a wash out hose. Since he was on uneven footing he rolled his ankle causing a sprain.

Assoc was greasing at secondary. Had grease line in his hand and hose was going to the bearing. Bearing would not take grease and blew crease out - cutting rubber glove and small laceration to finger.
