According to the driller, EE was replacing the bit on a down the hole hammer. Unknown on the impairment.

Miner was positioning screening cloth on top screening deck when his pinky finger got cut between the cloth and screening structure. Miner was not wearing gloves when the accident occurred. Miners finger required stitches which makes this accident reportable

Boxley Employee was walking to a switchhouse to start a crusher when he rolled his ankle on smooth level ground. He reported the injury to his supervisor and due to swelling he was taken to see a local physician. It was determined by the physician to be a sprain.

Employee was cutting a piece of rubber with a utility knife when the knife slipped and cut the employees leg. First Aid was initially performed on the cut but could not stop the bleeding. Employee received several stitches to close the laceration.

EMPLOYEE SQUATTED DOWN TO MOVE A BARREL OF PARTS. HE PUSHED ON BARREL, BUT COULDN'T MOVE IT. ABOUT 15 MIN. LATER, HIS RIGHT LOWER BACK TIGHTENED UP AND HE COULDN'T BEND HIS HEAD DOWN.
