Employee was pulling the hydraulic hose from the crusher when they slipped and hit hip on the edge of the crusher.
Employee was climbing out of excavator when EE stepped on a rock twisting EE's ankle.
At the end of shift employee was walking to truck to get a wrench and stepped on uneven ground and twisted right ankle.
Sunny, mid 60's, EE was cutting a 5/5"" belt, right hand holding a straight edge and left hand using a utility knife. The knife slipped, cutting the top side of the right hand which required 2 stitches to close. No medications or restrictions given and EE returned back to work that day.
