Employee was operating the haul truck unit. After having it loaded with dirt he was driving around a turn at the north end of the pit on the haul road. As he rounded the turn he stated he felt the shift in the rear end toward the inside of the turn and as he tried to compensate the truck rolled over.

EMPLOYEE THOUGHT HE HAD ARTHRITIS, THEN PAIN AND NUMBNESS WORSENED OVER TIME.
AFTER EE FINISHED CLEANING UP AROUND CRUSHER, WENT HOME THAT EVENING 5/1, HE NOTICED THAT HIS RIGHT EYE WAS IRRITATED. EE DID NOT REPORT THIS UNTIL 5/4 AND HAD MEDICAL (FIRST AID) TREATMENT ON 5/4/00.
