Employee was stepping off a ladder when they stepped onto uneven ground, causing them to roll an ankle.

Employee was cutting off excess threads on lacings to the underscreen belt. Employee was on their knees reaching up to the lacings with the grinder. When they came out from under the screen and stood up their back seized up from being in a awkward position resulting in back strain.

An employee was removing a motor from a sand stacker and needed assistance. The employee called another over to help him. The employee lost his hand grip on the motor and injured tried to catch the motor (appx 200 lbs)& pulled it toward his body with his knees bent. The motor hit into his leg just above the knee causing swelling and a contusion.

REPLACING A BEARING ON A TAIL PULLEY, USING A PRY BAR TO HOLD SHAFT UP. PRY BAR SLIPPED & FELL DOWN ON HIS 4TH LEFT FINGER TIP. (SHAFT FELL ON FINGER)
