EMPLOYEE CLAIMED HE INJURED HIS BACK AND NECK WHILE OPERATING THE FRONT-END LOADER INTO THE STOCKPILE OF MATERIAL. HE STATED THE MACHINE JERKED AS HE WENT INTO THE STOCKPILE WITH THE LOADER BU CKET.
