Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

Employee was performing lawn care duties and began to exhibit allergic reaction to a plant and/or vegetation the employee encountered. Employee went to seek medical care and was diagnosed with contact dermatitis.

On 2/13/22 at approximately 9:45am the plant supervisor was notified of a fire at the site. 911 was immediately notified and the fire department and police department responded. A Caterpillar 980M was on fire. The fire was initially reported near the cab of the loader. The fire was extinguished.

Miner was reaching for wheel chalks with EE's gloves on. A bee on the wheel chalks stung miner through glove. Miner immediately started feeling dizzy and had difficulty breathing.

while lifting a screen in the air with a crane a spring came off falling to the ground bounced off the catwalk an struck employee in the right leg

The third party driver collapsed while returning to his truck from getting his weight ticket. The employees at the site performed emergency procedures called EMS and performed CPR until medical help arrived and the driver was transported to hospital where he died days later of as a result of a heart attack.

EE was holding pressure on a cutting edge bolt, pushing bolt into place for removal with air wrench using the palm of his hand. The bolt started turning and cut a circular pattern in right palm

Employee alleges that while removing head bolts on a piece of equipment he hurt his back. Sought medical on 10/12/09 because he thought the pain in his back was a kidney infection.

Employee was working in the classifier and sustained a laceration to his scalp. Employee sought medical treatment and was released to full duty.

EE was driving a pin out a sheave on a piece of equipment (dredge) when a piece of metal was lodged under the skin.

EE was using a hammer to loosen and remove ""teeth"" from a dragline bucket when a piece of metal came up and hit the employee in the neck causing a laceration.

EE was shutting door as he was exiting loader and began to fall backwards. As he attempted to catch his fall, the door slammed shut onto right index finger.
