Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was gripping a screen by putting EE's fingers through the openings to lift it. As EE was picking it up, it caught against another screen as EE pulled up, it came loose dropping and pinching EE's finger between the two. Employee sustained a cut to a finger on EE's left hand and received six stitches.

Employee was assembling a smudge pot heater when they felt something snap in their left hand. They sought medical attention February 11, 2026 and was diagnosed with a sagittal band rupture. Employee is currently on restricted duty.

The employee was pulling a hose from the powder truck when EE felt a pain in their left shoulder. Prescribed physical therapy on 08/05/2024. Shoulder surgery on 11/1/2024.

EE was reinstalling the tail pulley guard on 46 belt when the guard shifted and smashed EE's right thumb between guard and a concrete pillar. This resulted in the amputation of the top 1/8 inch bone on that thumb.
