Upon arrival to mine site, employee noticed a broken electrical coop power pole was on fire. Coop deenergized line and fire went out.

A PIECE OF METAL FROM A MACHINE DISCONNECTED AND STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE ON THE HARD HAT.

Employee was cleaning the magnet off at the secondary plant. As he was trying to remove a piece of metal, the magnet pulled it back and pinched his thumb between the magnet and the metal. He was wearing his gloves and all other PPE required for the task. *he received five stitches making this a reportable medical.

Was walking back to his backhoe to move it off the edge of the cut because it was raining. Ground was wet and employee slipped and fell twisting his left foot and spraining his left ankle.

EE WAS LIFTING A DRUM LID/PUMP FROM A GREASE DRUM, AND FELT PAIN IN HIS BACK AND LEG.

EE WAS WALKING NEAR AN OPERATING DRAGLINE IN THE PIT, WHEN A SMALL PIECE OF METAL STRUCK HIS LT.ARM, CAUSING A LACERATION.

WHILE EE WAS CLEANING AREA BELOW PRIMARY FEEDER,A ROCK FELL FROM THE FEEDER & STRUCK HIS LEFT KNEE CAUSING SOME SWELLING.
