Employee's left ring finger was caught between a multiplier handle and metal structure causing lacerations and fractures to the left finger.
Employee pinched EE's finger while attempting to remove a belt clamp.
EE was loading an old cutting edge into a one ton dump. He lost control of cutting edge and caught his left hand pinky finger between the cutting edge and the top of the tailgate causing a fracture & contusion needing stitches. EE was wearing heavy gloves and the cutting edge weighed approx. 65 lbs.
Partical in eye, resulting in a corneal abrasion.
