Finger caught between drill bit & drivers sub while changing bit. Required stitches & may have slight fracture. Treated at local hospital ER & released. Middle index finger required 7 stitches.

EE was using a wrench to loosening a bolt on a screen guard. He pulled a shoulder muscle while pulling on the wrench.

Miner was dismounting from cab of drill when the grab bar broke loose and he fell backward approximately 4 ft onto his bottom, back and head. His head struck the ground and causing a laceration and bruise.

Worker was spraying belt dressing on #67 belt. During the process of this operation the worker dropped the spray can. As a reflex he reached for the can as it was falling and pinched his right pinky finger between the belt and roller causing an injury to the pinky finger that required a skin graft to repair.
