Lifting a Poly Deck.

Mechanic was working on a loader when an accumulator fell and smashed left middle finger resulting in fracture and 12 stitches. Received antibiotic, full duty release.

Employee was going to check and/or change some screen panels and got stuck under the shaft tube and had to force his way out and injured his rib in doing so.

EE WAS LOADING EQUIPMENT PARTS ON A FLATBED TRAILER WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE EDGE OF THE TRAILER DECK CAUSING HIM TO FALL AND BRUISE HIS RIBS.

While replacing hydraulic pump at drive over, when tapping on wrench to loosen fitting, finger was pinched between pump and concrete block, resulting in laceration to left ring finger.
