While attempting to clear rock from underneath the conveyer, the employee slipped and caught themselves by grabbing onto the conveyer guard. The abrupt motion caused their torso to twist resulting in lower back/abdominal pain.
Employee was assisting in placing a punch plate on the crusher scalper screen when the plate shifted and pinched finger. Employee received 7 stitches.
Employee did not stand clear of object when he signaled the boom truck operator to lift up. Resulting in torn skin on two fingers even though he was wearing proper PPE (Gloves)

He hit his right index finger on screen while pounding out screen with round bar. Finger required three stitches.
