Dredge operator, checking the fuel level on the dredge deck, dropped the fuel cap in the containment when installing the fuel cap. Droplets of diesel fuel splashed into their right eye.

Employee was working on the tipple lining the belly of the shaker plant. Employee was welding and had employee's welding hood on when sand or metal blew under employee's hood contacting employee's eye. Monday was a very windy day.

Employee was bitten by an undetermined type of spider while operating the front end loader, loading trucks. Employee was bitten on the lower right shoulder area. Resulting in a severe bite, and all over body rash.
