Employee cut his finger while carrying a disconnect box.

The employee was repairing the pipeline at a joint when the wind caused the pipe to get away from him and while trying to pull back into position, he felt a pop in his left shoulder.

Employee strained his lower back while lifting suction cover off the inspection tee.

EE was walking to his car after his shift. He slipped and fell on ice and strained his left ankle.

EE was removing bolts from a conveyor sheave when the pry bar slipped. The bolts rolled back causing his right wrist to twist.

EE WAS INSTALLING A HYDRAULIC PUMP ON THE DREDGE. WHILE TIGHTENING A FITTING, HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER. HE IS WORKING RESTRICTED DUTY.

EE WAS PLACING A USED STARTER INTO A RETURN CARTON. THE STARTER SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND. THE MIDDLE FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND WAS CUT.

HE WAS INSTALLING A RETURN ROLLER AND USED HIS HEAD TO PUSH THE BELT UP.

WHILE CHANGING FUSE IN PLANT CONTROL HOUSE, THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL FLOOR.
