Employee was lifting the cable over the buoy and strained EE's back.

Employee was using a breaker wrench and it snapped off and struck underneath employee's PPE and cut employee's cheek.

Employee was adjusting the packing on the pump when the wrench slipped and struck his finger.

Slipped on oil entering the dredge and hit his mouth on the trash can, knocking out his tooth and loosening others. He only just had surgery to extract the other teeth that he knocked loose.

Was using a shovel to dig out a cable and hurt his back.

EE was resting his hand on the back of a Bobcat loader. He slid his hand down and cut it on a jagged edge. One stitch required.

EE was trying to open back door on skid-steer loader. He used a file to pry it open. The file broke and cut his left arm.

Injury was using skid-steer loader to clear trees. A tree limb snapped back and cut his lip. Stitches were required.

Employee reported that he stepped down wrong from loader, causing back pain. Did not report or seek medical attention until 11/9/09.

EE was working at the dredge and became overheated and ill from the heat.

EE was getting into a Company-owned pickup truck and his back popped. Doctor feels it was just a muscle spasm. He is working restricted duty.

EE stepped from the pipeline to the bank, sunk in the mud and injured his ankle. He did not begin losing time until 19 April 2007 when he had surgery on ankle.

EE WAS REMOVING A FLOATER FRAM FROME A PIPELINE. WHILE HE WAS PRYING ON A PRYBAR, MATERIAL BROKE LOOSE AND HE FELL FORWARD AND CUT HIS LEFT KNEE.
