Injured worker was hooking up a drive shaft under a CAT 400 Haul Truck when they felt a ""pop"" right knee.

Miner was pulling in a dredge cable when a tiny piece of the cable inadvertently punctured and entered the miner's left knee and lodged itself between his knee cap and tibia.

After cleaning rust from steel plate, employee enter cab of his endloader then noticed an irritation to his right eye. Employee was taken to the nearest medical facility where particles of sand and dirt were removed. Employee was wearing safety glasses.
EE stated to me om 3/2/06 at 1:30 pm that his back was hurting. He said he injured it the week of 2/20/06 sometime. He was house keeping around the river tunnel for long periods of time. That week he pulled a muscle due to the laboring activities.
