Using a wrench to loosen bolts on a waterline. Wrench slipped off bolt pinching their left ring finger between the wrench and pipe flange. Resulting in a fracture of their finger.

A miner sustained a sprain to EE's right knee while EE was loading skirt board rubber from the tailgate of a pickup to the man lift. As EE turned EE's body, EE felt pressure on EE's knee resulting in the sprain.

On 3/8/the employee had been grinding on a crusher chute. He lifted his shield, removed his glasses, and wiped his face off with a rag and afterwards noticed something in his eye. He thought he got it out but when he woke up on 3/9/ his eye was red and irritated. He went to the eye doctor who then removed a piece of rusty metal from his eye and was given a prescription eye drop.

Employee was replacing the bit on the Ingersoll-Rand T4 drill. He was using his left hand to steady the hammer while he reached inside the cab with his right hand to operate the control to lower the hammer onto the bit. As the hammer was being lowered, it moved downward suddenly pinching the employee's left thumb and index finger between the hammer and the bit.

INJURED WAS REMOVING HYDRAULIC LINES FROM 988-B LOADER. HANDS WERE COVERED WITH OIL AND GREASE WHILE USING A KNIFE TO CUT OLD TIE WRAPS FROM BRACKETS HOLDING LINES. ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE LAST T IE WRAP, IT BROKE UNEXPECTEDLY, LETTING KNIFE STRIKIE RIGHT HAND, IN THUMB AREA, CAUSING LACERATION.

EE EXITED CRUSHER SHANTY QUICKLY TO INVESTIGATE SCREEN NOISE. HE SLIPPED ON THE TOP OF 2 STEPS AND CAME DOWN HARD ON HIS FEET. HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
