Improper use of hand tool. While unplugging a DTH, EE used a 48"" pipe wrench as a hammer. While striking the DTH, the crook EE's right hand was pinched between the hook and handle causing a puncture injury requiring 3 stitches.
While pulling the rope attached to the tarp bows the rope broke and driver fell backwards and struck head and back on the ground.
