Employee was using hammer when they felt discomfort in RT index finger. Received first aid treatment from a medical pro. on 7/30. X-ray conducted on 7/31. On 8/1 results communicated to employee, metal was removed, stitches were applied, and prescription was prescribed. Employee was released to full duty with no restrictions and a follow up to remove stitches.

Employee was tapping a new bearing on the tail pulley in the surge pile tunnel when he felt something in his eye. According to the medical report it was a metallic piece roughly 3mm in diameter and up to 1.5mm in thickness.
