Employee was removing a rock from the crusher with a pry bar when the bar hit the employee's right wrist causing a contusion. Employee felt okay until Tuesday 11/26/24 and then decided to go to the doctor.

IW was descending walkway beside the wash screen carrying a small hose when they stepped onto a rock and tripped forward down two steps and landed on their left hand.

Employee was walking down a catwalk near the primary dump point and fell down a single 8"" step near the operator booth, dislocating EE's right shoulder.

On 9/7/2015 a small passenger plane carrying three people crashed in a graded area on our property. Unfortunately, no one survived the impact. Authorities were notified and the scene secured. Vulcan personnel called the MSHA 800 number immediately after confirming there had been fatalities related to this incident. A courtesy call was also made to the field office supervisor.

While preparing a to use the forks on a backhoe bucket a fork was dropped and struck the employees foot causing a broken bone.
