Struck by flying object

Employee allegedly claims that on 5/12/2022 they were washing down under tower 2. EE claims that dust entered their eye. At the end of the shift they left and seemed fine with no indication that the eye was aggravated. At 8:30PM on 5/12/22, they called the supervisor and stated they were heading to the ER to get the eye checked out. There were no witnesses to this event.

EE sustained a left hand injury. EE was removing a side panel from a dozer. The panel was stuck in place after removing all of the bolts due to corrosion. The panel unexpectedly fell on EE's left hand.

EE WORKING AT LENOIR. THE PLANT CONSTRUCTION TRAILER HAD JUST BEEN MOVED IN, GETTING READY FOR THE PLANT REBUILD. EE AND OTHER WERE IN THE TRAILER ATTEMPTING TO REALIGN THE TUBES THAT ARE USED TO HOLD THE BLUE PRINTS DURING THE PROJECT. THETUBES ARE ACTUALLY PVC PIPE THAT HAS BEEN CUT TO THE DESIRED LENGTH. THE TUBES HAD SHIFTED AND EE WAS USING A BIT OF FORCE TRYING TO LINE THEM B
