While manuevering a man basket in order to change a splice on the ""L"" conveyor, employee was caught between conveyor frame and interior rail of man basket.

While climbing loader ladder, EE felt a sting in the stomach area. As the day went on, the pain got worse. He went to the hospital and they said he had a stomach hernia. Referred to a surgeon.

EE was changing worn screen panel. Because of rain and very tight quarters inside the screen, EE slipped with a razor knife, cutting through his gloves into this finger.s

Struck against a moving object

Employee was in the manlift, jacking a new bent pulley in place. He needed to relocate the manlift to better position the pulley, but the manlift would not retract. So employee then raised the boom on the manlift to free it up. At that time the cage on manlift released causing it to jump and strike employee in the left rib cage.

WHILE REMOVING FITTING FROM SUMP PUMP, THE EMPLOYEE CRUSHED THE MIDDLE FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND WHEN THE PIPE WRENCH SLIPPED FROM THE VISE AND HIT HIS FINGER.

EE JAMMED STEEL TOE OF SHOE INTO RIGHT FOOT WHILE GETTING OFF LOADER (WHILE SERVICING LOADER). EE WAS CLIMBING DOWN OFF THE LOADER WITH FILTERS IN HIS HANDS AND COULD NOT MAINTAIN 3 POINTS OF CONTACT.
