Employee was a welder from 10/29/04 to 6/8/10. He claims that he developed CTS as a result. Claim's being contested-Med. from emp. Dr. says may be work related 6/30/11.

Rock from working face rolled onto bucket while mucking pile causing loader to jolt. Employee complained of pain in back. Dr put him off work as of 3/11/10.
