EE was changing a screen panel on the scalping screen, when EE pulled the panel out, EE heard a pop. EE was taken to after-hours where EE was then referred to the hospital with a torn left bicep and dislocated left shoulder which was later verified via MRI.
Miner has experienced a hearing threshold shift as per testing.

Injured back (compression fracture and general soreness).
