EE was using a 3 rung step ladder to access the engine area on a dump truck. While mounting and dismounting the ladder the ee felt discomfort in groin area. EE went to a health clinic and was diagnosed with a hernia.

EE was installing a bucket linkage arm on a loader. The pin turned during this and caused EE's arm to slide off and hit their left-hand index finger which caused a fracture.
