Ee reports pulling on diesel hose after fueling up equipment, feeling sharp, twisting pain in abdomen. Finished fueling, after about 20 minutes they threw up. Continued to fuel island, parked, went to blue room, threw up. Reported to lead, transported to ER, diagnosed with hernia, referred for surgery. Working restricted.

A ground fall occurred at the 4472-117BC intersection.
Ee loading round, just finished scaling prior to loading. Some rock was coming down, ee tried to scale down again, nothing came. Continued loading, a few pieces of rock came down, one brushed ee's left arm and then rolled onto outside left calf. Seen at ER, referred to ortho and is having surgery 2/2.

EE sustained a Standard Threshold Shift in hearing. Confirmed reportable level hearing loss. Occupational noise could not be ruled out as a factor in the noise induced hearing loss. Retraining and refitting complete.
EE was installing a starter in a haul truck. Starter slipped, pinching the EE's finger. Seen at ER, laceration to tip of middle finger, fingernail removed. Sutures and wound care provided, EE released to full duty 3/30.
Ee backfilling. Haul truck bed flipped, EE stopped, called shifter. No injuries. Began to have feelings of anxiety, lost confidence, questioned self. Reported this to NGM 3/9/23. Filed claim for workers' comp, occupational illness, acute stress reaction, accepted on 3/17/23.

Injured employee placed a pipe wrench on a drill rod sub and when activated, the wrench struck the employee in the hardhat above right eye knocking employee to the ground.

Employee was using a grinder to repair a piece of equipment. Later that evening EE felt something in EE's right eye and was taken to the hospital where they removed a small piece of debris.

Employee was troubleshooting the AC circuit on a 1600 LHD and had removed the cooling fan from the condenser. While testing, the fan started and moved striking the employee on the the thumb causing a cut and a fracture of the bone.
A blast hole had prematurely detonated in the WRX 4860 10R40 heading. No injuries occurred from this event.

Employee was at the face cleaning the lifter hole with a fin hoe preparing to install collar pipe. As EE was using the hoe a section from near the center of the face sloughed down towards EE striking EE to the ground on the left rib.
