When driving the work boat in the fog, the operator was driving to the shore and could not see the dredge anchor cable, the cable traveled over the hoist crane at the front of the work boat then struck the operator in the face, causing a abrasion to EE's eyebrow and ear.

A truck and pup driver was preforming is pre-trip inspection on the truck to start the shift. When lifting the hood of the truck, the employee felt discomfort in the right elbow. Employee was treated with first aid onsite. When visiting the doctor on 10/21/24 the employee was placed on work restrictions resulting in a reportable injury.

Employee stepped off the scale and slipped on ice. Fell to the ground and twisted left ankle. Resulted in left distal fibula fracture.

Employee was exiting his truck and got his pant leg stuck on the step. Caused him to slip and hit his knee on the step. Knee pain/contusion.

Helping change screen in the plant. Picked up roll of screen and felt pop & pain in left shoulder. On restricted work activity but can still operate dredge. Taking anti-inflammatory meds.

Freezing rain had caused some ice build-up on the scale office ramp. The dispatcher was leaving, when walking down the ramp she slipped & fell on her left hip. (Did not become MSHA recordable until 11/19/08.)
