Employee was pulling in a line out of the river and felt a sharp pain in their elbow.

Rope broke hold dredge to barge and struck employee in the side.

A bolt sheared off the dredge arm and struck the employee in the hard hat.

EE was removing the rail from the top of a horizontal I-beam using a cutting torch at waist level. When the last weld was cut the rail fell from the beam striking ee in the right leg at the knee then sliding down leg.
