Struck against stationary object
Employee was lowering boom on drill. Boom caught edge of his hardhat and flipped it off. Employee bent over to pick it up and when he straighted, he hit his head on the boom. Laceration requiring sutures.

Employee jumped down from air track drill and his right foot landed on a rock, causing one of the toes to be overextended. Bruised & sore, but no broken bones or cuts.
Employee was cutting a piece of plastic pipe and cut his leg. 5 stitches.

Employee slipped over a rock and twisted his right ankle resulting in sprain.
Employee was inspecting the top of the impact crusher. as he was descending to another point he slipped from the wet drive belt guard and fell to the ground on a rock.
