Emp was injured when a box holding a bearing fell off a tailgate and struck the top of EE's left foot causing a laceration and fracture to EE's toe.

Employee was pulling a wrench, tightening a bolt on the pump at the plant and the wrench slipped causing EE to stumble. EE then fell onto right hand, cause a clean break to EE's right hand.

Pit loader backed into the Track hoe causing damage to both and minor injury to the track hoe operator.

Technician was driving a track pin in because the track press didn't push it in all the way. While hitting the pin with a sledge hammer, a flake of metal flew off the pin and stuck in the Tech's left hand.
