Employee was unloading new screens from a skid when EE lost hold and the edge of the screen fell and scraped EE's hand causing a finger laceration.

While cutting round stock into shorter sections the stock shifted in the vice. Employee released the T handle on the grinder to stabilize the shifting material. When the employee released the secondary hold on the grinder the cutting wheel bound in the material causing the grinder to jump and hit employee in the left forearm resulting in a laceration that required 4 stitches.
