Employee was adding coolant to a CAT 980M when the hood came down quickly and knocked the employee back into the catwalk /fender support where the hood came down and rested across employee abdomen.

While cutting out a section of damaged conveyor, approximately 8"" x 10"", to insert a patch the knife slipped out of the conveyor causing employee to stab them-self in the thigh resulting in a laceration requiring 5 staples to close.

Employee was performing a repair to a front end loader. He was removing a cylinder. He had a lifting strap secured to the cylinder he had the other end secured to his truck crane. He was raising the cylinder when it swung he reached for it with his left hand the cylinder pushed his left hand against the frame of the machine resulting in a laceration to his thumb.

Customer truck driver was in a designated tarping area working on his truck. The driver was trying to push a backing pin upward. The pin slipped, pinching his fingers between pin and frame.

MATERIAL IS PLACED INT HE FEEDER WITH A LOADER DO TO THE MIX OF CLAY AND ROCK THE MATERIAL PLUGGED THE JAW OPENING. WITH A FIVE FOOT STEEL BAR. EE TRIED TO FREE UP THE OPENING THE BAR SLIPPED STRIKING HIS HAND BETWEEN THE PLANT FRAME AND BAR. INJURING HIS RIGHT HAND.
