Inspector advised us an inactive coal processing facility had steam or smoke coming from coal pile. We dispatched people to investigate, found steam or smoke, moved equipment to spread material over a large surface, applied water to ensure no fire. Having found no fire we kept applying water to keep down the possibility of a fire.

EE HAD TURNED ONTO THE COPPERS FORK HAUL ROAD AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO PUT THE TRUCK INTO A LOWER GEAR, WHEN IT ROLLED BACKWARD UPON THE BANK AND TURNED OVER IN THE HAUL ROAD. EE RECIEVED 6 STITCHES TO HIS HEAD AND WAS RELEASED.
Employee was pushing a pin back into the bucket of the skid loader when he bumped the lever causing the bucket to move resulting in his finger being pinched between the bucket and the pin. He recieved 5 stitches to his thumb.
EE and other EE were attempting to open a gate valve on the heavy media suction line when EE's thumb was caught between the wheel on the valve and the valve itself. EE's thumb was dislocated and a mobility limiting brace was applied by the orthopeadic physician.EE has not lost any time from work.

Employee stated that he had filled the dozer with fuel and was standing on the track of the dozer when his foot slipped and he fell off of the dozer landing on his back on the ground. He went to the emergency room and x-rays did not show any broken bones and the diagnosis was bruising only.

As driver was passing another truck when it started stalling out and started moving backwards. The driver jumped out as the loaded truck went over an embankment. The driver was uninjured.

AS THE INJURED EE WAS WALKING TO THE PUMP HOUSE HE WAS STRUCK BY A TOOL TRUCK BELONGING TO A TRUCKING CONTRACTOR. THE EE SUFFERED CONTUSIONS ON HIS LEFT LEG, LEFT RIBS & ARMS. EE ALSO SUFFERED ABRASIONS ON THESE SAME AREAS.
EE TOOK HAT OFF TO LOOK UNDER METAL TO PUT BOLTS IN. HE FORGOT ABOUT HIS HARD HAT BEING OFF AND STOOD UP HITTING HIS HEAD ON A LIGHT FIXTURE CAUSING A ONE INCH LACERATION ON HIS HEAD.
EMPLOYEE HAD HIS HANDS ON THE BELT RAIL IN CLEANCOAL TUNNEL WHEN BELT STARTED SPILLING COAL ONTO HIS HANDS AND FOREARMS CAUSING LACERATIONS TO BOTH HANDS. RECEIVED 13 STITCHES IN HIS RIGHT HAN D.
