A roof fall was discovered by mine management. The fall was reported because it impeded travel. The mine is currently in a non producing status.

EE WAS MOVING DIRT & EE WAS UNAWARE CONCRETE WASUNDER DIRT AS HE LIFTED DIRT THE BOBCAT HE WAS OPERATING WENT FORWARD & JARRED HIM. HE SUFFERED STRAIN TO HIS ABDOMEN & CONTUSION TO SCROTUM M.

INJ EE WAS GREASING HIS LOADER WITH GREASE GUN WHEN LINE RUPTURED CAUSING GREASE TO GO INTO HISHAND
