Employee received a laceration, requiring stitches, to EE's right hand when tightening bolts on a pipe.

Technician was using the crane crontroller on service truck. Tech. needed to get a visual of the hook on the crane, so they twisted quickly to see it and when they twisted a leg gave out and they fell to ground. Technician was left unable to bare their own weight. Initial diagnois is a sprained knee.

Employee was helping position rigging equipment over a screen deck. As EE was handing a tagline to another employee EE stepped into an opening.

Employee was attempting to cut flashing with a knife. The knife slipped, striking the left index finger of the employee's hand. Laceration required stitches.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

Ee was helping unload a new vertical air compressor that had just been delivered. The compressor had been placed in a loader bucket from the delivery truck and was being unloaded into the shop. He strained his back while trying to get the compressor out of the loader bucket.

Struck against a moving object

Employee was operating a 966c loader. He went into the muck pile to get a bucket of material and the front wheels of the loader fell into a soft spot and came to a abrupt stop. The employee sustained a whiplash. He was wearing a seat belt. His conditioned worsened and he was given restrictions on 11/4/05.

Struck against stationary object

Employee was repairing a hose on the water truck. He turned around to get a wrench from the service truck, took a couple of steps, and apparently stepped on a rock and twisted his left knee, causing a sprain.
