A laborer suffered a hernia while helping guide a piece of steel through an access hatch. As the steel was going through the hatch and lifted to the work area with the winch the injured was sliding the piece of steel guiding it through the doorway and they believe this caused the strain/injury. A hernia was confirmed by CT scan on April 13th.
