WHILE OPENING A GATE EE LIFTED THE 1 1/2"" TUBING TO SLIDE UP OR DOWN INSIDE ALLOWING IT TO REST ON TOP OF THE 2"" TUBING. AS HE WAS PUSHING THE GATE OPEN THE 1 1/2"" TUBING FELL CATCHING HIS RIG HT RING FINGER BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE 2"" TUBING AND THE FLAT BAR.
