Employee was washing up underneath Feed Prep Plant and 2 Inch water hose got away from EE and struck EE on the right foot causing a contusion. Taken to the doctor and given work restrictions. No Fracture, No Lost Time.

Employee was pulling down the Electrical Disconnect Arm at the Dredge/Booster Pump Substation. When he had the arm of the booster pump almost all the way down he lost his grip on the handle of the disconnect arm and the spring tension in the arm threw the arm upwards hitting him in the face just below the nose. Employee sustained a fractured nose and lacerations to his face.

Fall from machine

Employee was climbing into the cab of a Catepillar Skid Steer Loader. The employee slipped and fell while he was attempting to access the cab of the machine. The fall resulted in a back and cervical strain. Employee was prescribed meds and placed on light duty

Employee was operating haul truck and cut his right middle finger on a sharp object in the cab of the truck.

On 9/5/2006 employee stuck his finger in an air condition unit fan blade located inside the cab of a haul truck and received a minor laceration to his finger. On 9/13/06 the finger was not healing properly and he was taken to the doctor for treatment. The wound was cleaned and he was given antibiotics to prevent an infection.
