Employee backed into a lit cutting torch and burned the top portion of his right calf. He was taken to the doctor the following day and diagnosed with 1st and second degree burns.

Employee was stepping into a work boat from shore and slipped. He fell into the boat on his right knee. Employee was taken to the ER and diagnosed with a contusion. Employee was placed on light duty.
Employee was climbing stockpile to take QC Sample and sunk into stockpile up thigh. Rubber boots filled with sand and water. Water/Sand mixture irritated skin of left leg (shin) due to caustic treatment of sand. Minor Chemical Burn was sustained to leg.
