Employee was working on a jaw crushing trying to loosen up the jaw. Employees were hitting shaft to loosen up the crusher, when the other employee hit the shaft with sledge hammer, causing piece of shaft to hit employees face. This resulted in a contusion to his face, needing stitches to forehead right above right eye.
