Struck by falling object
EE was assisting to cut a support tube section out of a conveyor when a piece fell on the EE, knocked them to the ground causing a fractured tibial plateau fracture and a 3rd degree burn to their leg.

Fall to the walkway or working surface
EE was working on a screen deck assisting in the installation of gum rubber at the feed end of the screen. The EE tripped, fell backwards and on to their wrist, causing a fracture injury.
