The mobile mechanic was preparing for welding activity by grinding and prepping work area. While using the grinder it kicked back and struck the mechanic on the right cheek causing a laceration.

Fall down stairs
Miner/Supervisor was assisting with a screen change on the 6x20 portable screen plant. Supervisor was exiting the screen walkway and stair when they turned and missed the stair and fell to the ground.
