Employee was installing new V-belts on K-3 shuttle drive using a pipe wrench to roll on belts when the pipe wrench slipped smashing his left index finger between the wrench and motor base. Employee suffered an open wound and hematoma.
Co-worker was using a hammer to drive the pin out of the excavator tracks employee was on the other side when the pin came out and struck his arm. This caused a large cut on employee's right forearm. He returned to work the following day.

WAS WALKING DOWN ACCESS RAMP SLIPPED ON LOOSE MATERIAL THAT HAD SPILLED ON RAMP AREA AND FELL, LANDED ON HIP, STRAIN TO BACK, KNEE, SHOULDER.
