Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

Employee was trying to get away from a bee that was in the crusher tower when EE was stung by the bee above upper lip. Employee was taken to NextCare urgent care where EE was given two shots in case of allergic reaction. Employee was released to full duty on 4/14/17 with follow up visit on 4/16/17.

AFTER RUNNING THE SHIFT FOR SOME HOURS A TAIL PULLEY REQUIRED SOME SHOVELING/CLEANING. OPERATOR DECIDED TO CLEAN TAIL PULLEY WITH A SHOVEL WHEN WHILE ATTEMPTING, TWISTED HIS BACK AND STRAINED A LOWER BACK MUSCLE.
